炭水化物を食べても食後の血糖上昇を

インスリンの分泌は、血糖値が高くなるほど増えます。
インクレチンの分泌は、蛋白質を食べると多くなります。
蛋白質を食べても、分解されて吸収されるには
時間がかかり、すぐには血糖値は上がりません。
さらに蛋白質はインクレチンを小腸から分泌させます。
インクレチンによって、
膵臓からのインスリン分泌が多くなり
脳に作用すると、食欲が抑制されるのです。
