NHKのガッテンで放送された良性発作性頭位めまい症の治し方（HUS）
2019年10月23日にNHKのガッテンで
めまいの新しい治し方の話が放映されました。
内耳の前庭には耳石があります。
耳石がはがれて三半規管の中へ
ころがっていくと、めまいの症状が
おきます。
その耳石が原因のめまいを良性発作性頭位めまい症と
いいます。
治療方法はエプリー法です。横をむいた状態で
体を倒し、反対側に頭をまわしたりして
耳石を動かしめまいを治します。
エプリー法はめまいや吐き気を誘発させるような
頭の動かし方をします。だから病院に救急車で搬送された
ような症状が強い患者さんには、すぐにはできない
ことが多いです。
奈良県立医科大学附属病院めまいセンターの
センター長の北原糺さんらは、誰でも自宅でできる
めまいの簡単な改善方法についての
論文を発表しました。

すぐにできそうです。

耳の石の説明を聞くと、良性発作性頭位めまい症はたいしたことない
感じがしますね。しかし実際には激しいめまいと嘔気、嘔吐で
夜間に救急車で搬送される患者さんが

右か左の片方だけをむいた時におきるのであれば、
