というタイトルでした。
体の中に悪い状態でコレステロールがたまると、
血管の動脈硬化によって心筋梗塞などの病気になります。
そうならないようにヒトの体内には、HDLという名の掃除人がいて、
コレステロールを掃除機で吸って、
体の中をいつもきれいにしてくれています。
ところが、その掃除人が拳銃を所持して、
仕事を放棄し、あばれることがあるのです。
健康な人の体の中にコレステロールがたまると、
掃除人HDLが掃除機でコレステロールを吸って、
体の中をきれいにします。
そして掃除人HDLは、マクロファージの中に入って、
拳銃を分解します。すると銃の乱射による
炎症がおきなくなり、血管の動脈硬化が抑制されます。
動脈硬化が進行して病気になってしまう患者さんの
体の中では、掃除人HDLが拳銃を持っています。
しかも掃除人HDLは銃を携帯している
だけではなく、体内で乱射します。
この悪い掃除人HDLは、
マクロファージには入りませんので、
その中の拳銃は放置され、
体のあちこちで銃の乱射のような
炎症が多発し、血管がつまって心筋梗塞などの病気になるのです。
魚などの中に含まれるEPAを摂取すると、
掃除人HDLが掃除機でコレステロールをたくさん吸うようになるので、
動脈硬化による病気になりにくくなることが確認されました。
