当院で雇入時健康診断を予約したら、
健診当日にその費用の持参は不要です。
自宅から当院までの往復の電車賃は、800円まで
当院が負担します。
会社に入社する時の健康診断は、
健診受診者が、その費用を支払う必要はありません。
無料で健康診断を受けられます。
当院に「いくらかかりますか？」と聞くのは会社の健診担当者の仕事であって、
健診受診者は費用負担について健診機関側と交渉する立場にありません。
社員には、健康診断を受ける義務がありますが、
その費用を支払う義務はないのです。
義務がないので、健診受診者の費用交渉も不要です。
健康診断の費用を支払う義務があるのは、社員ではなく、会社です。
当院では健康診断後に、クリニックから会社に健診費用を直接請求します。
会社から立替払いを頼まれた方は、それも可能です。

上司の方でも、誤認している人が多いようです。
会社の担当者に聞くと、
「入社の時の健康診断は、どこの会社でも、本人負担があたりまえです」
「今までみんな、そうして入社しました。あなただけ特別扱いにはできません」
