◆急性呼吸窮迫症候群（ARDS）
風邪と違い⇔肺全体の呼吸機能がなくなる
発症から１週間程度で重症化し
ARDSをおこすことがある

風邪では、肺全体にウイルスの
感染がひろがる前に免疫が
働いて治癒する。
免疫はウイルスをやっつける時に
感染細胞を破壊する。
SARS-CoV-2感染症では
肺全体に感染が拡大してから
細胞障害性T細胞が感染細胞を壊すから
肺全体の呼吸機能が障害され
呼吸困難をおこして死亡する。
風邪では気管支の一部に感染した時に
小範囲の細胞しか免疫で
破壊されないので
大部分の正常細胞が残り、呼吸困難は
おこさない。
※この呼吸困難が死亡原因として最多。
◆血栓症（血管の閉塞）
風邪と違い⇔発症から三週間ぐらいしてから、
血栓症をおこすことがある。
脳、肺、心臓、腎臓、足などの血管が閉塞する。
#血管の内皮細胞のACE2からウイルスが
細胞内に入って炎症
★なぜ血管がつまるのか？
(LANCETの論文が出た後の世界の複数の医師の説）
血管の血液の中に入ったウイルスが
血管内皮細胞に感染して炎症をおこす。
すると血管の内側が壊れ、
そこに血栓ができて、血管がつまる。

正常な人体において、ウイルスが人体の血管の血液の中に侵入することはできない。新型コロナウイルス感染症では、血管の
中に入らないはずのウイルスが血管の中に入ってしまう。
感染後に一週間以上経過し、ウイルスが数億に増殖すると、
血管の中にもウイルスが入ってしまうことがあるのではないか？
ほとんどのコロナウイルス感染者においては、
ウイルスは血管の中に入れないはず。
免疫が働き、細胞障害性T細胞が、感染細胞を破壊し、
人体の正常構造が壊れて、血管への穴が開くと、
そこからウイルスが血管の中に入ってしまうのではないか？
