●COVID-19 肺炎初期～中期にシクレソニド（オルベスコ）吸入を使用し改善した 3 例

※オルベスコの吸入にはウイルスを抑制する作用と、炎症を抑制する作用がある。
新型コロナウイルスにオルベスコ以外の吸入薬は効果が確認されていない。
※ただし、新型コロナウイルスと診断された
人の治療にオルベスコを使うことは未承認です。
当院でも咳が長引く患者に
対するオルベスコの処方は
行っています。
●料金：
厚生労働省がオンライン診療の初診の保険診療を
許可したら来院時と同じ料金でオンライン診療をうけられます。
安倍首相は初診からオンライン診療がうけられるように指示しました。
しかし厚生労働省では検討中ですので、2020年4月9日現在、
未来院の初診に健康保険証はまだ使えません。
保険診療できない場合は、自分で全額の支払いが必要です。
★ウイルスが感染しても無症状のことが多いです
新型コロナウイルスは人の細胞に感染すると
感染細胞の免疫を抑制します。
免疫が止められると、発熱や咳などの症状は
でません。
だからうつした人も、うつされた人も
気がつきません。
★手洗いで会話感染は防げません
新型コロナウイルスは会話感染に注意が必要。
手洗いをしていけないわけではない。
しかし会話感染は近くで人と人とが
話をした時に口からマイクロ飛沫が飛んで
相手がそれを吸いこんで感染する。
だからそれを手洗いで防ぐことはできない。
