- 福富院長が2017年から自分で使っている花粉症の薬は下記です。
●内服薬 ビラノア
●点鼻薬 ナゾネックス
●点眼薬 パタノールとフルメトロン
※実際に使ってみて、楽になりました。
抗ヒスタミン薬の内服薬であるビラノアに、
ステロイドの点鼻薬であるナゾネックスを
組み合わせると、鼻の症状はまったくなくなります。
目の症状が軽い時は、パタノールを点眼し、
よくならない時は、ステロイドの点眼であるフルメトロンを使えば、
痒みがきえてスッキリします。
◆小児の場合
アレジオン、クラリチン、アレグラ、アレロックなどから選択し、
量を減らして使います。鼻噴霧用ステロイド薬には、小児用フルナーゼ点鼻液があります。
◆妊婦の場合
内服薬はデザレックスか、あるいはアレグラ、クラリチンなどにすると良いでしょう。
鼻噴霧用ステロイド薬は、ひかえます。

食事後2時間以内に飲んだり、薬を飲んですぐに食事をすると、薬の効果が弱くなります。
胃の中がからっぽの、すきっ腹の時に飲むのが重要です。
花粉症の大問題は、重症化するとぐったりして
何をする気もなくなることだと思います。
