新型コロナウイルス感染症の第7波は、2022年7月に始まり8月にピークとなって９月におさまりました。ほとんどの人が1週間以内に回復する風邪程度の軽症コロナでした。新規感染者の報告は、全国で10万人以上でしたが、本当の感染者数は報告された人数より、はるかに多かったであろうと推定できます。
特に首都圏では、発熱した人が多すぎて、病院に電話してもつながらない、つながっても発熱外来受診を断られる状態となりました。発熱の患者さんは9割以上断る、1日100人以上断ったという病院も多かったです。
多摩境内科クリニックでも朝から晩まで発熱の患者さんからの電話が鳴り続ける状態が連日続きました。最初はその一部の患者さんしか診療する事ができなかったのですが、スマホなどを使って、大部分の患者さんを受付する事ができるようになりました。第7波が収束して、時間の余裕ができたので、その方法を動画で説明して2022年9月11日にユーチューブで公開してみました。
ポイントは
※スマホのSMS（ショートメッセージ）で患者さんと連絡をとる
※来院前に健康保険証の情報をスマホで送信してもらう
※紙の問診票は使わず、スマホのSMSで問診する
※自分で検査した人は、スマホでその結果を送ってもらう
※自分で検査するセルフのキットを未入手の発熱者には、東京都から診療検査医療機関に配布された有症状者用の抗原検査をわたす
などです。
上記の方法で、発熱した人からの連絡を断らず受付し、検査陽性者は全員ハーシスで保健所へ報告する事が、業務時間内に可能となりました。
