それを吸いこんだ人に感染する。
うつした人もうつされた人も発症するまで
時限爆弾に気がつかない
◆免疫を抑制するから感染しても無症状
新型コロナウイルスが弱いウイルスだから無症状なのではない。
感染した人の免疫が強いから症状がでないのでもない。
新型コロナウイルスが人体の免疫を抑制するので、
感染したのに自覚症状がでないのである。
◆コロナウイルスはACE２に結合し細胞に侵入して増殖
新型コロナウイルスは人体の細胞表面のACE２に結合し
そのRNAが細胞内に入る。細胞の中でウイルスの複製が
行われ、ウイルスは増殖する。
◆新型コロナウイルスは免疫を抑制する
細胞にウイルスが感染すると、免疫が正常であれば
細胞内にサイトカインやインターフェロンが産生される。
マクロファージからもサイトカインがでて発熱する。
そして感染した細胞をリンパ球が破壊するので
痛みを感じる。
ところが新型コロナウイルスはRNAとなって細胞内に侵入すると
サイトカインやインターフェロンの産生を止めてしまう。
免疫細胞を呼ぶサイトカインなどが放出されないと、
感染場所にリンパ球（細胞障害性Ｔ細胞）は集まらない。
免疫を担当する細胞が攻撃しないので、症状がでない。
◆時限爆弾を止めないと爆発してARDS
発症者をみつけ、それが時限爆弾のような
新型コロナウイルス感染症だったら、
そのカウントダウンを止めないと
ARDSに進行してしまう

[028] 集団の1人が感染するが無症状
[021] 集団の複数の人に感染がひろがる
[014] 症状がないので、感染した自覚なく普通に生活
[007] 7日前に発熱、倦怠感などの初発症状が出現 ARDSの一週間前
※回復しない場合は、発症から約一週間でARDS
◆ACE2が正常であれば止まる
アンジオテンシンⅡのアクセルにてARDSへ暴走する
ACE2でAngⅡをAng1-7に変換できればブレーキをかけるように
止められる
◆ACE2が障害されると免疫が亢進
免疫が抑制されて症状がない状態で、
ウイルスは複製されて増殖していく。
ウイルスが億の単位で増えていくと、
ACE2が障害されていく。
正常に作用するACE2がなくなると、
アンジオテンシンⅡの暴走が止まらなくなる。
そして免疫が亢進しARDS。
◆ＡＣＥ2が障害される機序：福富院長説
億の単位で増えたウイルスが
細胞の表面のＡＣＥ2に結合してふさぐから
ＡＣＥ2が作用しなくなる。
増殖したウイルスによって順番待ちの行列するＲＮＡが増えるので
粗面小胞体のリボソームが合成するタンパクが
ＡＣＥ2の補充に足りなくなる。
◆時限爆弾のカウントダウンを止められる薬
※アビガンとインターフェロンは中国で有効性が確認された。
※Ｂ38-CAPはACE2に構造が似ているので
アンジオテンシンⅡのアクセルによる暴走に
ブレーキをかけられる
※フサンはウイルスが細胞内に侵入するのを
抑制するので、時限爆弾が入った細胞が増えない。
◆子供が死なない理由：福富院長説
※子供は高齢者と比較すると、アンジオテンシンⅡのアクセルを
強く踏んでいないから。
※高齢者は心臓の機能が低下し、
肺にうっ血しやすくなっている。

すぐに肺に滲出液がたまってＡＲＤＳになってしまう。
