怖い病気で肩こり症状がでることもありますが、
肩こりの大部分は、症状だけで、それ以上の
大変なことにはなりません。
そういう怖くない肩こりのことを
本態性肩こりといいます。
本態性肩こりの症状は、
入浴でやわらぎます。
お風呂のお湯につかると、
自律神経の交感神経が抑制され
副交感神経優位となって、
体の筋肉の緊張がゆるみます。
血液の流れもよくなります。
昼間の仕事は、筋肉に負担のかかる姿勢で
緊張状態が長時間続くことで、肩こり症状を
悪化させます。
仕事が終わって自宅に帰ったら、
お風呂に入って、体をリラックスさせてあげましょう。
入浴しても改善しない肩こりは、怖い病気の
ことがあります。
狭心症は胸の痛みをおこす病気ですが、
人によっては、肩こり症状がでます。
骨や筋肉に異常があって
肩こり症状がでている時は、
整形外科で検査をして、重症であれば入院手術です。
ただの肩こりだと思っていたら、
病院の検査で癌が見つかることも稀にあります。
入浴しても肩こりがよくならなかったら、
当院のような、かかりつけのクリニックのドクターに
頼んで紹介状を書いてもらい、それを持って
総合病院の整形外科へ行く必要があります。
大病院にいきなり受診すると、
選定療養費を請求されますので、
紹介状を忘れないようにしましょう。
